Fired Up on Main Street

On Main Street in North Wilkesboro, Cinder Bistro has been turning slow smoked meats and genuine hospitality into something Wilkes County calls its own.

All around great place to eat. We had a fabulous lunch. We started with the chicken wings; they were so yummy, crispy, and juicy. Then I had the smokehouse quesadilla with the collards. Great service as well.

First time dining here. Pulled pork and pulled chicken were great with a variety of extra sauces. Burger and fries, delicious! Baked beans had nice flavor, and slaw was well made Good bourbon selection at reasonable price. Service was extremely friendly and excellent. I will be back!

This is the type of place where one could make a meal by just ordering sides. There are many to choose from and they are all delicious! We found this place while visiting town and are glad we stopped by.
